Shipping and returns HEADING_TITLE

MOST ORDERS SHIP SAME DAY AFTER THE PAYMENT IS PROCESSED.

Orders in stock will usually ship the same day (Mon-Fri), other orders usually ship within 3 business days via the post method you selected during checkout. If, for some reason, we are unable to dispatch your order on time, we will contact you to advise. You will receive an email when the order is dispatched.

If you have ordered a Wrong size or wrong coloured product or if you have changed your mind? Or not completely satisfied with the products, Simply return the product to us for a replacement or refund. We do not ask any questions.

For all Refunds and exchange please call or email us within 7 days of receipt of the products so we can advised you the return procedures. All returned items must be returned in the original box, unused, and containing all original product packaging and accessories. We cannot process the refunds if there is no proof of purchase included. All shipping and delivery charges for refunds or returns will be your responsibility.

All refunds and returns will incur a 20% restocking fee unless incorrectly shipped.

If you have received incorrectly shipped items, please accept our apologies and notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the parcel on 03 9830 4455 or email sales@onlypets.com.au.  We will gladly replace the item (subject to availability) without any additional charges, or provide you with a full refund.

We will not be liable for any damages or loss during freight. Please let us know if the goods need to be insured before it is shipped
